Your documents will reach us quickly and securely via our job portal. We’ve tested it for you; it only takes two minutes. If your application appeals to us and we’d like for us to get to know each other, then the following will happen:

We get to know each other in an informal (video) call and go through the initial questions together. This takes about 30 minutes. 

The second meeting usually takes place at our office in Zurich or at one of our locations. We talk about professional topics and explore together how well our values fit together.

You’ll get to know other Cembra employees as well here. They come from your potential team or are colleagues from other departments, people you could work with daily. You would get a lot of insider knowledge from them.

For some positions, you can also expect practical case studies, trial sequences or further interviews.
