Enterprise Monitoring Engineer - all genders (80-100%)
What exactly you will do here:
- Design, own and manage the overall technology monitoring framework including tools, processes and standards with focus on monitoring being a key pillar of the bank’s stability roadmap
- Act as a functional/product and technical owner of the bank’s monitoring tools, responsible for the solution roadmap and backlog Understand business context and translate business, functional and technical requirements into sustainable solutions

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, clearly understand their needs, communicate the team’s roadmap and promote new ideas and improvements
- Design, develop and operate monitoring scripts for business service, application performance, network and infrastructure (both cloud and hybrid) monitoring and event management
What we're looking for:
- University or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management with 8 years of experience in IT and 3 years hands-on as enterprise monitoring architect/engineer
- Strong knowledge of the network communication protocols and technologies to monitor infrastructure and applications in a cloud and hybrid enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of respective monitoring and visualization tools e.g. checkMK, Splunk, Splunk ITSI, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus and designing holistic monitoring strategies
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence business and technology partners at various levels in English and German
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, independent and efficient way of working "can do attitude", good integration in a self-organized team, proactive contribution of expertise, ideas, and flexibility
