What exactly you will do here:
Own collection / customer lifecycle services and business applications of the bank with a holistic view and offer seamless services to the commercial and enabling units
Drive service improvement to aim productivity gain, working closely with the business unit and enabling functions as Risk and Legal, Compliance
Promote and advertise new concepts and ideas in close collaboration with business units, Strategy & Architecture and IT
Translate business needs to business requirements, design digital and business solutions in collaboration with Developers, Architecture and Core Banking Solutions for their implementation
Provide centralized incident handling and change support for the business services and applications where the team has business responsibility and provide long-term solutions / improvements for repeated incidents that require process optimization
