Team Manager Technology Governance, Risk and Control - all genders (80-100%)
What exactly you will do here:
- Lead, develop and coach the team consisting of governance, risk and control experts
- Further develop and maintain the Governance, Risk & Control framework in Technology, provide subject matter expertise and support other Technology departments in these topics
- Further develop, maintain, oversee and report on the 1st level control catalogue in Technology
- Run or participate in intrabank governing bodies and committees
- Implement and steer the implementation of the requirements of 2nd Line functions in the 1st Line (in Technology)
What we're looking for:
- University degree, further education in governance, risk and compliance or related fields is an advantage
- Leadership experience in a similar role in financial services
- 7+ years in (a) governance, risk management, compliance or audit role(s)
- In-depth understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus
