What exactly you will do here:

  • Lead, develop and coach the team consisting of governance, risk and control experts

  • Further develop and maintain the Governance, Risk & Control framework in Technology, provide subject matter expertise and support other Technology departments in these topics

  • Further develop, maintain, oversee and report on the 1st level control catalogue in Technology

  • Run or participate in intrabank governing bodies and committees

  • Implement and steer the implementation of the requirements of 2nd Line functions in the 1st Line (in Technology)


What we're looking for:

  • University degree, further education in governance, risk and compliance or related fields is an advantage

  • Leadership experience in a similar role in financial services

  • 7+ years in (a) governance, risk management, compliance or audit role(s)

  • In-depth understanding of applicable regulatory requirements

  • Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus
