Team Lead / Manager Business Process & Performance Optimization - all genders (80-100%)
What exactly you will do here:
- Lead and strategically direct the areas of BPO, Process Engineers, and
Performance Analytics - Develop and implement strategies to improve collaboration with BPO vendors,
and even further expend it - Utilize data analytics to assess and enhance business processes, guiding
decisions on automation and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to ensure
optimal efficiency and effectiveness - Promote data driven planning processes to better forecast peaks and plan
resources within operations with the help of our analytics capabilities - Introduce and optimize value stream setups across various areas /
departments to enhance collaboration and improve efficiency & Monitor and
analyze performance metrics to continuously improve operational efficiency
What we're looking for:
- Experience in leading BPO, Process Engineering, and Performance Analytics
teams - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to drive the organization forward
- Proven experience in vendor collaboration and improving BPO processes
- Knowledge of data driven planning and resource management
- Ability to implement value stream setups and foster cross departmental
collaboration
