Product Manager Personal Loan - all genders (80-100%)
What exactly you will do here:
- Develop and implement a digital-first product strategy for personal loans - from ideation through development and launch to continuous optimization - ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations
- Create seamless, customer-centric digital experiences that drive efficiency, engagement, and growth
- Redesign onboarding and servicing processes to deliver frictionless, intuitive digital experiences across all touchpoints
- Use analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation
- Optimize credit decision workflows and integrate advanced automation to reduce turnaround times and improve accuracy
- Work closely with Risk, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to deliver scalable digital solutions and ensure compliance
What we're looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Banking, Digital Innovation, or related field
- Experience: 5–10 years in Product Management with proven expertise in digital transformation, ideally in lending or retail banking
- Competencies: Customer-Centric Mindset, Digital Innovation, Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
- Skills: Strategic Thinking, Product Development, Process Optimization, Stakeholder Management
