AI & Automation Platform Engineer - all genders (80-100%)
What exactly you will do here:
- Own and evolve the technical platforms for AI and automation across Cembra, acting as the technical expert for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Customer Center
- Define and maintain governance, architecture, development, security, and operational standards, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
- Support business units and project teams in assessing, designing, and implementing AI and automation use cases, including technical feasibility, complexity, effort estimation, and solution design
- Develop reusable components, solution patterns, standards, best practices, and self-service capabilities to scale AI and automation across the organization
- Ensure the stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions, including releases, changes, and deployments
- Monitor solution performance and service quality, ensuring the scalability and reliability of the technology stack
- Manage platform configuration, licensing, and lifecycle, including vendor relationships where required
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Platform/Application Management, Platform Engineering, or a related field
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio; experience with Microsoft Customer Center is a plus
- Experience managing enterprise platforms, including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), governance, risk, compliance, and security frameworks
- Experience delivering automation, AI, cloud, or integration solutions, ideally in a regulated environment
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Structured and solution-oriented, with strong analytical and collaboration skills and the ability to bridge business and technology
- Very good English skills for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
